With the impact to businesses and people across the UK and globally due to the spread of Coronavirus we face unprecedented times and uncertainty as the Coronavirus pandemic unfolds.
We want to reassure you that your team at Vertical Plus is fully committed to the safety and health of our employees and working hard to minimise disruption to our work and client service during this critical time.
At the present time we are operating business as usual with no impact to the delivery of our services. We are following government guidelines on asking staff to work at home and have invested the time to ensure that all members of staff can now work as effectively from home as they do from the office.
All staff have been advised on following the correct procedures regarding social distancing and protection of themselves and others from the Coronavirus.
The following specific policies have now been implemented:
- All systems for managing enquiries, quotes, order processing, project management, project design, data processing etc. would be remotely accessed by our teams to facilitate home working and the continued delivery of your projects. This is something we already have in place and our staff already use on a regular basis.
- Google Hangouts will be used to facilitate internal communications and to work with our customers and suppliers for continued productive collaboration.
- None of your data is at greater risk during remote working and our security systems and hosting procedures remain in place as usual.
- As always, we remain committed to supporting you, our customers and E Commerce Partners during this uncertain and challenging time.
